Clients are entitled to free initial representation at the Police Station but should the matter progress then our team are qualified to take the matter further to the Magistrates Court or even on to the Crown Court should this be necessary, keeping the continuity going again to make the client feel more secure in the knowledge that the same person will be following the case through to its conclusion.
Broomhead and Saul have a contract with the Legal Aid Commission enabling us to deal with a variety of matters listed below, however we are also more than happy to accommodate any Private Clients should they require our services.
