Warren has been with Broomhead and Saul for many years and has accumulated an extensive loyal client base over this time.
Warren specialises in the following work:-
Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, both sales and purchases and including re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Advising on and completing equity release schemes.
Preparing and completing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Advising on Wills and completing these.
Warren is assisted by Carol Ray. Carol and Warren have worked closely together over many years and make a great team.
Career
Warren joined Broomhead and Saul as a solicitor straight from National Service in the Army. Eventually he was Senior Partner of the firm for many years and now works in a consultant capacity.
Interests
When not in the office you will find Warren messing about on his boat or entertaining his grandchildren.
